Explore the ancient practice of Jnana, a journey into self-inquiry that awakens deeper levels of awareness. This practice encourages participants to ask fundamental questions about their true nature, leading to a profound understanding of the body & mind and its patterns. By engaging in self-inquiry, you'll begin to see the layers of conditioned thoughts, tensions and emotions dissolve, creating space for clarity and inner freedom.

Radical Breath Recovery
Breath is our most vital connection to life. In this opening breath series, you'll be guided through fundamental breathwork techniques designed to restore the natural space and rhythm of your breath, restoring its function which is often disrupted by stress or trauma.
Reconnecting with the breath is essential for releasing tension stored in the body and balancing the nervous system.
Most people are unaware of how their breathing patterns reflect their inner state. This series helps you to release tension in the breathing apparatus, increase lung capacity, let go of stress, balance energy, and bring ease and lightness back into daily life.
Somatics & Therapeutic Movement
Through ultra slow somatic practices, you'll engage in mindful movement aimed at bring all parts of your body back on the mind map, releasing physical tension and realigning the body towards ease and comfort.
This therapeutic movement integrates deep body sensing with mental focus, facilitating release of trauma and stress.
Somatic movement is now becoming a key practice in therapy as a way to access the body’s wisdom and release emotional blockages.
Re-connect to your body part by part, Reweaving it back together, Increasing mobility, reducing chronic pain, and enhancing body-mind intelligence.
Body Wisdom Workshops
Focused on breath, spine, and the nervous system, these workshops dive into the biomechanics of these systems and how imbalances may occur through poor habits, stressors and trauma. You will learn to listen to the subtle messages of your body and understand how these systems interact in both health and dysfunction, recognising imbalances in yourself and useful tools to bring back balance and health to your breath, spine and nervous system function. Aligning to the body’s wisdom is crucial for long-term health and vitality. Self facilitate a more balanced breath, better posture and mobility. a calmer nervous system and improved emotional regulation.
Exploring Philosophy of Self
We explore the ancient philosophies on the nature of the self, providing a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.
We shine a light on the Koshas, the multi-dimensional gross and subtle layers that make up the human experience, and allow you to redefine your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Understanding the philosophy of self fosters profound personal growth, Intellectual expansion, greater self-compassion, and deeper insight into reality.
Meditations in Self Enquiry
In our guided meditations, including body scanning, yoga nidra and inner journeying through the subtle dimensions of Self, you will experience the mode of self-enquiry to open the curiosity and attention of your intellect, helping to lead you to deeper insights about your true nature. These meditations support you to reflect inward, to heighten mental focus, clarity and awareness and begin to place the phenomena of your psycho-somatic experience into greater perspective with the true seer. This lends itself to profound inner peace and natural equanimity.
