OUR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING, PAYMENT, DISCOUNT REFUND DEFERRAL AND TRANSFER POLICY

  • To secure your spot on our retreats and yoga training, we ask for a £200 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but ensures your place is reserved.

  • To enjoy our early bird gifts and discounts, please make sure your deposit is paid before the early bird deadline.

  • The remaining balance is due between 30 and 60 days before the program begins, giving you plenty of time to settle your payment.

  • If it’s easier for you, we offer a split payment plan, available until 30 days before the program starts.

  • For bookings made less than 60 days before the start date, we kindly ask that you pay in full or in two monthly installments.

  • Please note that all remaining fees become non-refundable from 60 days prior to the program’s start date.

  • If unexpected circumstances arise, you can defer your registration fee (minus the £200 deposit) to a future program. This option is available if requested at least 30 days before the program begins, helping us manage any administrative costs and fees from your current booking.

  • If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend at any point before the program starts.

  • The quoted amount in UK GBP or Indian INR is the exact amount we need to receive after any currency conversion, transfer rates, or credit/debit card charges from third-party payment providers.

INSURANCE AND HEALTH

  • We kindly suggest arranging your own travel insurance to cover any unexpected events like cancellations, illness, or losses, so you can enjoy your retreat with peace of mind.

  • We aim to tailor our practices to suit everyone’s needs, but it’s important that you feel well enough in your health and ability to participate in yoga classes and other activities. If you’re unsure, we recommend discussing with us or checking in with your doctor beforehand.

  • To ensure your comfort and safety, please let us know about any health conditions before you book.

  • We ask that you share the contact details of a relative, just in case we need to reach someone during your retreat.

  • Some of our practices can be physically engaging, especially in a group setting. For your safety and well-being, our retreats may not be suitable for those with very recent or significant injuries, surgery or conditions that could impact your ability to participate fully. Please feel free to discuss any concerns with us.

resolving issues mindfully

Cancellations and Changes by Four Seasons Yoga

  • To ensure a fulfilling experience, we require a minimum of six participants for our programs to proceed unless stated otherwise.

  • In rare cases, if we do not reach the required number of participants, we may need to cancel a retreat or training program. If this happens, we’ll notify you no later than 2 months before the program start date.

  • If we must cancel a program from our side, we will offer you a full refund.

  • Occasionally, we may need to make minor adjustments to the program schedule, facilitators, or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances with our third-party partners. We will always strive to find a suitable or even better alternative, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes prior to the program.

  • We highly recommend securing comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance as part of your travel plans. While we do our best to avoid disruptions, we cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays, or changes due to factors such as insufficient numbers, third-party cancellations, travel disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. This also includes any medical or personal circumstances that may arise during or after the retreat, or loss or damage to personal belongings.

PERSONAL LIABILITY

  • Your health and well-being are our top priority. We encourage you to listen to your body, make any necessary adjustments, and reach out to the lead facilitator if you need support at any point. We're here to help you feel comfortable and safe.

  • While we aim to provide a nurturing and secure environment, we trust you to participate in a way that honors your own limits. Please keep in mind that all yoga, workshop, and meditation activities are for your personal growth, and we invite you to engage in them at your own comfort and pace.

YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

  • Unless otherwise noted in the program details, arranging your travel to the retreat is your responsibility and at your own expense.

  • For certain retreats, we’re happy to help organize a group shuttle on arrival and check-out days. The cost can be shared among the participants, making it a convenient option for everyone.
