AUTUMN BHAKTI
The Art of Letting Go

Autumn is the time to offer fruits, to surrender and let go. When you enter into this first week, you'll be guided to release all the mental, energetic, emotional and physical tensions accumulated and return to a sense of softness and openness. This week teaches you how to slow down, resource and truly rest.

If you’ve been feeling burned out in life, stressed, or caught in the cycle of constant activity, driven from one goal to the next, then this is your moment to breathe and learn to let go. Many of us struggle with letting go, and that tension shows up as fatigue, recurring injuries, or sleepless nights.

It's time to explore your Yin side and invite in full nervous system release. You’ll embrace deep surrender with devotion that brings back trust and faith in the Universe.
Week 2
WINTER JNANA
Deep inner Enquiry & Awareness
~ Planting New Seeds of Being ~

Winter is the deep introspection and cocooning in of awareness that leads us into real metamorphosis, renewal and regeneration. This week, in the stillness and perceptiveness created, we commence a deep somatic enquiry into our being and re-invent ourselves with a new light of presence within all that we do.


We re-integrate awareness through your chakra system to bring greater embodiment and balance within., clearing away old patterns that no longer serve you and helping you find that presence, peace and unbound potential within it all.

With gentle intentional breathing, slow somatic movement and deep body scanning, this is a great week for healing chronic pain, stiffness, injuries and stored tension and trauma. The energy is soft and nourishing, like a gentle inner massage. You'll deeply reconnect to yourself and gain insight into what you hold inside. Let dissolve all idea of who you think you are, and open to what you may become under the guidance of pure presence and natures naturally healing symbols.
Week 3
SPRING KARMA
A Gentle Reawakening

Spring is all about 'sprouting' and beginning to raise and externalise our energy once again, and we can continue to do so in a mindful and intentional way.

In week 3, we show you exactly how to do this in the safest, most thorough and effective way, through steady held postural therapy with focus on alignment and activations, inspired from Hatha & Iyengar approaches that help to activate and connect the energy channels throughout the body.

Karma means action, and Karma yoga is purifying actions that leads to liberation. This week we move and activate with full awareness and right feeling and intention. We study the concept of Karma and cyclical existence, and reflect on what it means to live a purifying life through our intentions, thoughts, speech and actions, why this matters and how it impacts our mental emotional world and spiritual development.
Week 4
SUMMER RAJA
Step into Your Full Potential

Summer is a time to joyfully expand. Once all the parts have been primed, we are ready to enter into new dynamic challenges and deeper focus, and stay grounded and centred within that.

This final week is all about helping you develop healthy expansive sympathetic tone and myofascial fluidity, coupled with a calm and steady energy, mind and presence.

You’ll feel more energized, stronger and ready to play and you’ll learn how to stay balanced and avoid burnout by moving with ease and grace.

By the end of the week, you'll feel uplifted, empowered, focused and more in tune with your body and breath, equipped with tools and wisdom to face life’s challenges without sacrificing your well-being.

Meet Yamuna: A Journey of Wholeness, Healing, and Transformation

Yamuna’s path in yoga began over two decades ago, in 2002. What started as a personal practice has since blossomed into a life-long dedication to the holistic science of yoga. With an E-RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance International, she has been teaching since 2015, blending her unique expertise as both a healer and a guide.

Before immersing fully in the world of yoga, Yamuna spent 11 years training as a medical doctor in the UK, specializing in Radiology. Her medical journey has given her a profound and unparalleled understanding of the human body. From dissecting cadavers to interpreting complex imaging studies like X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, she has seen the intricacies of anatomy, physiology, and disease from every angle. This in-depth knowledge has shaped her approach to yoga—where every posture, every breath, is informed by a keen understanding of the body’s inner workings.

Yet, it wasn’t until she delved deeper into yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing that Yamuna completed the picture of human health. Her medical background intertwined with her deepening connection to the subtle body—the energetic, emotional, and spiritual layers we all carry within. This fusion of science and spirituality allows her to offer a practice that truly honours the whole self.

For the last decade, Yamuna has lived a nomadic life, sharing her teachings across the globe. From Europe to Australia, Thailand to Bali, and India, she has facilitated retreats, workshops, and teacher training programs that inspire transformation. Her understanding of both the tangible and intangible aspects of health infuses each of her offerings with an intuitive sensitivity that deeply resonates with her students.

In her teachings, Yamuna draws from a vast well of practices: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin, Somatics, Iyengar, Breathwork, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation, and trauma awareness. Every class is designed to meet students where they are—whether they seek strength, healing, or spiritual growth. She ensures that each practice is not only relevant but also profoundly nurturing and balancing.

More recently, Yamuna’s connection to the Bhakti tradition has deepened. Throughout the pandemic, she offered community Kirtan in India, using devotional chanting to open hearts and cultivate trust and faith—the healing medicine of the soul.

For our ReWeave wellness and Yoga Retreats in Bali, You’ll stay in peaceful comfortable, humble and tidy accommodations with small private bathroom. Suly is a peaceful environment with beautiful sunrises, where you can relax and recharge with lots of hiding spaces, greenery and a pool to dip in. All of our pricing options includes private room for extra space and privacy to relax more deeply and enhance your retreat experience.

We cater to a variety of dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten / lactose free, and more. Our meals are carefully prepared to be both delicious and nourishing, ensuring that you feel energized throughout the retreat. Please let us know about any specific dietary requirements when you register. We provide meals on the day 1-5 of the program. On days 6 and 7, you will be able to explore the many amazing cuisine options around Ubud.

Intermittent fasting is a gentle way to reset your metabolism, improve digestion, and promote mental clarity. During the retreat, you’ll experience a light 14-15 hour intermittent fast between 7pm and 9.30am, in a supportive environment, allowing you to listen to your body’s needs and make mindful choices around food. It’s a powerful practice that complements the holistic approach of ReWeave. Some participants opt to take morning fruit a bit later or skip it altogether for a longer fast of 17-18 hours. Whatever you decide, we are here to support you throughout.

  • Tier 1: Annual Income or total savings below £30,000
    If your annual income is below £30,000 or you have limited savings below this amount, we recommend choosing our lower pricing option of £1499. This tier is designed to make the retreat more affordable for those who may need financial flexibility.

  • Tier 2: Income between £30,000 and £60,000/year or moderate savings.
    If your annual income is between £30,000 and £60,000 or you have moderate savings between this amount, we suggest paying at our standard fee option of £1999. This tier helps cover the retreat’s costs while remaining accessible.

  • Tier 3: Income above £60,000/year or substantial savings
    If your annual income is above £60,000 or you have substantial savings, we encourage you to choose the sponsors option of £2499+. This supports the retreat’s sustainability and allows us to offer financial assistance to those who need it.

You’re also welcome to choose any amount within these options that best reflects your financial situation. Your contribution not only benefits your own well-being but also helps create a diverse and inclusive retreat community. If you’re unsure or have specific concerns, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist you in making a decision. 

  • Financial Assistance: If your annual income or total savings falls below £12,000, and you’d really like to join us on a special subsidised rate, please register to join our waitlist, tell us about your situation, the amount you feel able to contribute and provide supporting financial evidence. Places are very limited and depend on our sponsorship support, so please apply early.

We recommend coming with the spirit of loving kindness and sense of support for others, coming with an open mind and a willingness to explore new practices. Bring comfortable clothing for yoga and movement, pens and a journal for reflection. If you have your own personal yoga mat, blocks, straps, blanket, light shawl and eye mask that you enjoy using, we recommend bringing them along for personal use for improved comfort and hygiene measures. You may bring along any personal or sacred items and photos that make you feel at ease and grounded. Please let us know what yoga equipment you will be bringing along and we’ll help to source the rest.

We welcome participants from all over! Bali has many connections to major countries and cities. Please arrange your flight for I Gusti Ngurah Rai International airport in Denpasar Bali, preferably arriving anytime before 3pm on arrivals day. We can help you arrange an airport shuttle with an additional fee of 400k IDR (£20), that you can provide to the driver in person. Our team is here to help make your journey as smooth as possible. Shared shuttles, splitting the travel fees, can also be arranged, once we have all your flight arrival times. If you need extra help with flight suggestions, we can support you with this once you’ve confirmed your booking with us.

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We ensure a clean and safe environment, including sanitation protocols and available filtered drinking water. You can request your room to be cleaned once a week for a fresh start. Our retreat is held in a spacious, open-air setting to promote comfort and peace of mind.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please refer to our refund policy, which is designed to be fair for both participants and organisers.

    • We require a £200 non refundable deposit to secure your room in our retreat space.
    • The rest of the amount is required 60 days prior to program commencement and would be non refundable but deferrable to a future program, if notice is given up until 30 days prior to the program.
    • All bookings and fees provided can be transferrable to another friend at any point, should you find that you are unable to attend.
    • For those who need, split payment plans can be created to reduce financial burden.

Secure your spot at least 3 – 6 months before the program start date to receive these amazing gifts..

  • Guaranteed Spot: Our ReWeave retreat has limited spaces, particularly for the supported fee categories. In addition, rooms at Suly are only guaranteed once deposit payment has been confirmed. Booking early guarantees your room and place in the retreat before it fills up.

  • Flexible Payment Plans: When you book early, you have the advantage of more time to spread out your payments with our flexible payment plans. This can make the retreat more affordable by reducing the financial burden.

  • Peace of Mind: Early booking gives you the peace of mind that your spot is secured and allows you ample time to plan your travel and other arrangements, often the most affordable flight prices are found 3 months in advance.
