As an online group, you’ll be systematically guided through
seven 3 hour workshops together, designed to bring balance to multiple dimensions of your being.
Practice Therapy Outline
Together we integrate self reflection and journaling, inner sensory enquiry, focused breathing, Somatic therapy, Therapeutic & yin yoga, guided meditations, visualisations, and affirmation practice… on a journey through the seven psycho-somatic energy centres that function and maintain health within you.
It’s a whole being work up that supports body, breath, mind and spirit.
