Bring better balance, wellbeing, healing, wisdom and connection to self through our free online workshops scheduled throughout the year. Our practices touch upon multiple aspects of wellbeing, including healing body, breath, energy, mind, emotions, intellect, and spiritual connection.

*Subject to time zone shifts – please join 5 minutes before the start time with a Yoga mat and if available, yoga block, strap, pillow, notebook and pen.
