Journey Together
As an online group, you’ll be systematically guided through seven x three hour workshops together, designed to bring balance to multiple dimensions of your being.
Practice Therapy Outline
I integrate self reflection and journaling, inner sensory enquiry, breathing, somatic therapy, Restorative & yin yoga, meditations, visualisations, and affirmation practice on a journey through the seven psycho-somatic energy centres that function within you.
It’s a whole being work up that supports body, breath, mind and spirit.
